This notice describes what personal data Emic+ Consultora collects through this site, for what purpose, and how to exercise your rights, in compliance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
What data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), and the message you write. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous browsing data (pages visited, time on site, traffic source) via Google Analytics 4. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
Purpose
Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your business inquiry. Analytics data (if accepted) is used to understand site usage and improve its content. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver contact form emails, and Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept analytics cookies) for site usage statistics. Both process data under their own privacy policies.
